In the app, without an account

The box, its melodies, keepsakes and settings work on your device. What you make there stays there.

Melody requests and Sign in with Apple

To ask for a melody you sign in with Apple. We keep your email (or Apple’s private relay address), your name if you share it, and the pieces you asked for.

We use them to answer your requests and to keep out spam. They are deleted when you delete your account in Settings › Account.

Replies as notifications

If you allow notifications, we keep a Firebase installation ID with your account so we can tell you when a piece you asked for is ready. It is removed when you sign out or turn notifications off.

News by email

We send news only while “Email me news” is on, and every email has a link to stop.

Usage statistics

With “Share usage statistics” on, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics receive anonymous crash reports and usage counts, with an approximate location derived from your IP address. They aren’t linked to your name or email, and no advertising identifier is collected. Turn the switch off in Settings › Account to stop.

This website

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email, your language, your country and the time you signed up, to send one email when Duorina launches. We don’t store your IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Who processes data for us

Apple (Sign in with Apple), Google Firebase (crash reports, statistics, notifications), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Resend (email delivery).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we keep about you, under the LGPD, the GDPR or the law where you live. Write to hello@duorina.app and we’ll answer within 15 days.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
